02How accurate is the preview?+
It matches your face shape, hairline, and hair texture closely enough to judge silhouette and proportion. Treat it as a strong guide for the conversation with your barber, not a guarantee of the exact outcome.
03Does it work with curly, coily, or textured hair?+
Yes — the catalog includes styles built around coils, curls, and waves, not just straight-hair cuts resized to fit.
04Is it free?+
Your first preview is free. After that, you buy a pack of credits — one credit per preview, no subscription.
05What photo should I upload?+
Straight-on, well-lit, hair pulled back from the face if possible. Sunglasses, hats, and heavy shadows reduce accuracy.
06Can my barber see the preview?+
Yes — every result has a share link and a download, made to be pulled up on your phone in the chair.
07Is my photo kept private?+
Your uploaded selfie is deleted automatically after 30 days. Results are kept so you can revisit them, and you can delete everything permanently at any time from your account.
08What if a result looks off?+
Re-render with a clearer photo or a different angle first — most odd results trace back to lighting or an obscured hairline. Still off? Flag it from the result page and we'll take a look.
